Plan posts in the calendar

The calendar shows every scheduled Instagram and Pinterest post in one place. Plan the month, move posts around and see what is already published.

Schedule a post

  1. Connect your Instagram or Pinterest profile under Connections.
  2. Create the post in AI Studio, or open one you made earlier.
  3. Choose Schedule, pick the profile, the date and the time.
  4. The post appears in the calendar and publishes at that time.

Reschedule and edit

  • Drag a post to another day to move it. Undo is one click away if you dropped it in the wrong place.
  • Open a post that isn't published yet to change its time or text.
  • Published posts stay in the calendar so you can see what went out and when.
Plan a week at a time. A steady rhythm of posts usually does better than many posts on one day.

Good to know

  • Pick the time zone at the top of the calendar; times are shown in Berlin time until you change it.
  • If you disconnect a profile, posts scheduled to it are cancelled.
