Connect your first ad account

AdSpectera reads your campaigns straight from each ad platform. You connect a platform by signing in to it, the same way you would on its own website, and then choose which of your ad accounts AdSpectera may see.

Before you start

  • An AdSpectera account. The 14-day trial includes every platform, no credit card.
  • A login for the ad platform that can see the ad accounts you want to connect.
  • Your plan decides how many ad platforms a workspace can use. The Connections page shows what is available to you.

Connect a platform

  1. Open Connections in the sidebar and choose Add connection.
  2. Pick the platform: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest Ads or Reddit Ads.
  3. Sign in on the platform's own page and approve the access it asks for. Your password stays with the platform; AdSpectera never sees it.
  4. Back in AdSpectera, tick the ad accounts you want in this workspace and confirm.
  5. The first sync starts right away. Campaigns, spend and conversions appear in Analytics as soon as it finishes.
Several people can connect with their own logins. Each connection shows whose login it uses, so you always know who to ask when it needs reconnecting.

Instagram and Pinterest profiles

Social profiles are connected the same way, from the Social section of Connections. A connected profile lets AdSpectera read your profile, posts and insights, and publish the posts you schedule in the calendar.

Keeping a connection healthy

  • Sync now pulls fresh data. If an account synced moments ago, wait a few minutes and try again.
  • If a platform asks you to sign in again (for example after a password change), the connection shows Reconnect. Reconnect with a login that can still see the same ad account.
  • Disconnecting stops new data and cancels posts scheduled to that profile. Historical data stays in your reports and analytics.
