The headline numbers
- Spend: what the platforms report you spent in the selected period.
- Revenue: the conversion value the platforms attribute to your ads.
- ROAS: revenue divided by spend. A ROAS of 4 means four euros back for every euro spent.
- Conversions: the actions each platform counts as a conversion, such as purchases or leads.
- Clicks, impressions, CTR, CPC and CPA, where the platform reports them.
Each number shows the change against the previous period of the same length, so a week is compared with the week before.
Narrow it down
- Pick a date range with the date picker. Presets include the last 7, 14, 30 and 90 days, this and last month, this quarter, year to date and the last 12 months.
- Filter by platform to look at one network, or keep all of them for the full picture.
- Use the breakdown table to split results by campaign, platform or device, and sort by any column.
- Switch on Compare to draw the previous period next to the current one.
Paid and organic
Analytics has a Paid tab for ad platforms and an Organic tab for your Instagram and Pinterest profiles, with reach, engagement and your top posts. Organic always compares with the window before.
When a number looks off
- Check the date range first: platforms report in their account time zone.
- Platforms use their own attribution windows, so conversions can differ from your shop system. See Compare platforms fairly.
- A connection that needs reconnecting stops updating. Connections shows which ones.
