Set up a workspace per client

A workspace holds everything for one client, brand or market: its ad accounts, campaigns, AI Studio work, brand kits and reports. Your team works across all of them; each client sees only their own.

Create a workspace

  1. Open Organisation and go to the Workspaces tab.
  2. Choose New workspace and name it after the client.
  3. Switch to the new workspace from the sidebar.
  4. Connect the client's ad accounts and set up their brand kit in that workspace.
Your plan sets how many workspaces you can have. The Agency plan includes 50, one per client. When you reach the limit, Organisation shows it.

Give the right people access

  • Admins reach every workspace automatically.
  • Contributors and Viewers only see the workspaces you give them. Add a client contact as a Viewer to their own workspace.
  • Change workspace access any time from the Team tab or the workspace's members.

Keep it tidy

  • Pick a default workspace: the one everyone lands in after signing in.
  • Delete a workspace when a client leaves. You can restore it from Deleted workspaces if you change your mind.
  • Schedule a monthly report per workspace so every client gets their own numbers.
