Invite your team

Every plan includes unlimited users, so bring in everyone who works on your ads. Each person gets one role in your organisation and, depending on the role, access to the workspaces they need.

The four roles

  • Admin: full access, including the team, connections, workspaces, billing and organisation settings. Admins reach every workspace.
  • Contributor: creates creatives, publishes, edits campaigns and builds reports in the workspaces they are given.
  • Viewer: views dashboards and reports and exports data. No changes.
  • Billing: manages the plan, payment methods, invoices and AI credits. No access to campaigns or workspaces.

Send an invitation

  1. Open Organisation and go to the Team tab.
  2. Choose Invite people and add one or more email addresses.
  3. Pick a role. For Contributors and Viewers, also pick the workspaces they can open.
  4. Send. Each person gets an email with a link to join; until they accept, the invitation is listed under Pending invitations.
Invite people with the address they use for work. They can sign in with Google or Microsoft if that address belongs to one of those accounts.

Change or remove access

  • Change someone's role or workspaces from the Team tab at any time.
  • You can't change your own role or remove yourself; ask another admin.
  • The organisation always keeps at least one admin, so the last admin can't be changed or removed.
